The Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone struggling to cope. They launched their charity in May 2019, and have had more than 1,000,000 conversations with people who are either anxious, stressed, depressed, overwhelmed or suicidal and who need immediate support.
